Hey people, I am Garry,

Fitness wasn’t something always integral to me. It’s only when one morning on the weighing scale I realized I now weight more than a 200 pounds. Yup that’s the day I realized it was time to hit the gym and get my ass of the couch.

10 Years down the line I am now a trainer and have been trained by some the top notch experts in the industry and have been associated with Primal Fitness Pittsburgh for 2 years as an expert.
